At MedGlobal Connect, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent registrants from attending our events.

Cancellations & Refunds

Substitutions

Registration transfers to another attendee are permitted with written notice at least 10 business days before the event.

Non-Refundable Items

E-poster submission fees and discounted-rate registrations are non-refundable.

Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@medglobalconnect.com. Approved refunds are processed within 30 days using the original payment method.

Event Cancellation by MedGlobal Connect

If we cancel an event, registrants will be offered a full refund or alternative options including credit for a future event.

Visa Denials

The standard refund policy applies in cases of visa denial. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Force Majeure

MedGlobal Connect is not liable for refunds in cases of events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.
