You may use our Services to browse event information, register as a delegate, speaker, poster presenter, sponsor, or to purchase other event-related products. 3. Registration, Pricing & Payment

Registration: To attend an event you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate information.

Payment timing: Customers are typically charged at the time of online registration (during checkout). Payments are processed by our third‑party payment processor(s) and may appear on your statement under the processor’s or our merchant name.

Pricing & Taxes: All fees are shown in the currency displayed on the registration page. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges unless otherwise stated.
4. Refunds & Cancellations

Substitution is allowed if you inform us in writing at least 10 business days before the event.

Refund eligibility follows the schedule published on our Refund Policy page (for example: full refund minus service fee for cancellations made more than 60 days before the event; partial refund between 60–30 days; no refund within 30 days). Certain items such as e-poster fees and discounted registrations may be non‑refundable.

5. Changes to Events
We reserve the right to change event dates, venues, formats, speakers, or other event features. Where possible we will notify registered participants of major changes and provide available options in line with our Refund Policy.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it if it changes. You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel registrations that are fraudulent, inaccurate, or that violate these Terms.
